On steamy Friday I easily parked at Blue Max and headed in to pick up lunch to go...folks genuinely smile and greet you there...ordered a vanilla iced latte and a veggie chicken wrap. Asked how long it maybe, was told about 10 -15 mins, I let them know I was stepping outside to make a call. Moments later a girl opened the front door and handed me my drink... It was so so sweet and I let her know. In the process of hanging up my call, and getting my phone back into my purse I dropped my so yummy and refreshing looking ice cold drink. I was grateful it went over the railing and not on their entry porch; I retrieved the plastic cup, top and straw from the landscaping. Went inside with a silly oops grin knowing I must purchase a replacement… it looked just too good to miss. The cashier and girl who delivered the drink could tell something was up given my expression, I let them know of my miss hap and that I wanted to purchase a replacement. They wouldn't hear of it, it was on them...the girl who delivered it was so kind and grinning said she probably made the cup to slippery. A moment later she handed me a new beverage with a cardboard gripper, we shared a chuckling exchange of how this could avoid a repeat. I'm fairly sure I was glowing as I expressed my gratitude for their service. I sat in my car and enjoyed a sip of my drink that was living up to the expectations and half of a really really amazing tasty sandwich.
Blue Max, and ladies thank you, you made a good day even that much better!!!! This is not the first time you have over exceeded my expectations of service. Keep up the great work!
