Noodles is a great place for people like me who don't like Thai or heavy Italian but love noodle dishes -- their Mediterranean menu is wonderful and not heavy. I doubt people looking for authentic Asian noodles are going to abandon the other places…

It's Noodles and Company!!!!!! They have a "coming soon" entry for River Forest on Lake!!! I'm sooooo excited!!!!!
...I'll calm down now, but I actually emailed them that they *needed* to come here so now I feel responsible. ;)
