Pothole Gardening: Huge Potential in Oak Park
Peter Dungey, a final year Graphic Design student at the University of Brighton, is working on a project called Pothole Gardens.
He describes it as, "an ongoing series of public installations highlighting the problem of surface imperfections on Britain's roads." Such a polite way to put it.
