Comcast phone, internet and TV down in Oak Park & River Forest?
All my Comcast services at home in River Forest went down around 9:30 this morning. I called them around 10. (It's a real pain, because of the cell phone coverage at my house.) They said they had emergency maintenance in progress.
I'm happy they'll have it fixed soon. I go to Within Your Reach to help them for a little while this morning. The first thing they tell me is the Internet is down. They have Comcast business Internet and its down too. They happen to mention other people… Continue

greenline wheels adding electric cars
If being able to rent a bike to tour Oak Park wasn't enough, greenline wheels will be adding some NEVs (no-emission vehicles) to its inventory. The e-cars won't be available for 4 to 8 weeks, but then you should try one out. Take it to the grocery store or on some errands around town!
BTW: We'll probably open our doors in a couple of weeks. Then in August, we'll have a big grand opening celebration. We won't forget to let you know!
