I think we're just boring eaters, but we buy well over half our groceries at Costco and supplement the rest from a number of places (Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Dominick's). I hear good things about Caputo's in Elmwood Park but have never been.

Am so sorry to hear about your story and am glad you're OK. I'm also grateful you aren't using the iPhone's/MobileMe tracking features to try to find it. I read a story of someone using this feature to find his stolen iPhone either in NY or DC.

Agreed -- I know at least one renter who left OP in part because parking is expensive and inconvenient. I seem to have no problem parking when I run errands, go to the farmers' market, etc. though.

Hi Emily, thanks for joining! I have to say I agree with you on two fronts -- love the Prairie Bread Kitchen (esp. their sandwiches) and I too feel like we're far from the Green Line. It's walkable for us, but it's a long walk! Looking forward to chatting with you on the site.
