7-11 robbery?

Oak Park police have a suspect in custody and are continuing to investigate the armed robbery Sunday night of a convenience store at 661 South Boulevard. According to a witness, the robbery occurred around 10 p.m. Sunday at the 7-Eleven store on the corner of South Boulevard and Euclid. Information from the wednesday journal of oak park.

Cousins located at 3038 West Irving Park Rd., Chicago, IL 60618 is a raw restaurant and store. You can stop in and shop or eat, they also offer classes and they cater as well. A detox wellness center is also offered.

Raw in oak park

I have been experimenting with raw cuisine and yummy raw desserts. It is hard to find specialty items in oak park and so i have to venture into chicago to find certain raw products. I do enjoy experimenting on my own and inventing yummy treats in my kitchen. I have learned to make tarts of all kinds and raw vegan friendly brownies which are my favorite besides almond date cookies. I hope one day the whole foods out here will add a small section for raw foodists.
