I would like to introduce the West Side Business Network (WSBN), a collection of networking groups created by Austin Weekly News with the goal of bringing professionals together from Chicago's West Side and the suburbs. The groups include West Side Women, West Side Men, the West Side Manufacturing Network, West Side Bridge, and Austin Weekly News Business Development. Groups meet monthly and are free to join. With over 500 current community members and partners, the West Side Business Network is the ideal resource for business owners looking to further their community connections.

The West Side Business Network is often involved in local events. Business professionals from both the suburbs and Chicago's West Side are invited to celebrate ONE YEAR OF SUCCESS at the WSBN Anniversary Party on March 13th, and at other networking events during March.

The Chamber of Commerce has some new pricing structures  And some other pretty cool benefits - including a welcome bag going out to new residents and folks interested in the area.

Website is new - and phone friendly, and they have an option that includes your own web page.

If it's been awhile since you have looked at the Chamber - now is a good time to take another look.

Sometimes you have to toot your own horn, and this is a good chance to do it.  This will be in print and on  I do think this type of advertorial story and ad can really add to your brand image on blogs, websites and Facebook biz pages.  I promise I will continue to not overshare advertising opportunities. (so I won't post for awhile again)

Matt Baron is scheduling more of his PR secrets workshops. See for details. His classes are good stuff.
